The Plot Purchaser's Route to Build
The plot purchaser chooses their route to build, either to self-manage, appoint a project manager or to use a fixed price contractor. The plot purchaser then completes the build, meeting the criteria of each plot’s contract of sale.
As part of our service, we’re here to monitor the custom build through to completion. Providing evidence of the building regulation inspections, applications for statutory service connections, and coordination with your construction management plan.
Throughout the build we will remain your single point of contact, ensuring compliance under the site wide conditions.
